Content
Drawing on two different traditions of embodied learning—Yoga and the Feldenkrais Method—this workshop explores guidance, instruction, ‘correct’ movement, bodily autonomy, and inner authority. The focus is not on deciding which method is better, but on learning how to remain connected to one’s own experience while being guided by someone else.
Format
A 3-hour thematic workshop combining Yoga and Feldenkrais practice, comparative reflection, teaching perspectives, and group discussion.
Duration
- 1 × 3-hour workshop
Who It’s For
For people who regularly participate in yoga, somatic, movement, or therapeutic practices. It is also particularly relevant for teachers, coaches, and facilitators who want to rethink how guidance can coexist with the learner’s autonomy and lived experience.
