About this policy
This policy is issued by Demiplaner Pty Ltd (trading as Demiplaner), the legal entity that supplies the courses, programmes, workshops and individual services described on this website.
Recorded courses and digital content
Because access to recorded content is generally delivered shortly after purchase, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds once access has been supplied. If content is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Live programmes and workshops
Any programme-specific cancellation terms shown at enrolment will apply. If no additional terms are provided, please contact us as early as possible if you need to withdraw. Once a programme has begun or materials have been supplied, a change-of-mind refund is not automatic; we will consider the notice given, access already provided and costs already incurred.
If Demiplaner cancels a live programme or workshop, you may choose a transfer, credit or refund for the cancelled offering.
Individual sessions
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are normally charged in full. If exceptional circumstances arise, contact us and we will consider the situation fairly.
Personalised pathways
Pathway fees reflect reserved practitioner time and programme design. Contact us before changing or ending a pathway so we can review completed sessions, work already undertaken and any remaining credit. Any agreed refund or transfer will be confirmed in writing.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind terms do not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
