About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and Demiplaner Pty Ltd (trading as Demiplaner), the legal entity that operates this website and supplies Demiplaner courses, programmes and services. They apply when you purchase a recorded course, live programme, workshop, individual session or personalised pathway. By completing a purchase, you agree to the product description, price and any additional terms shown at checkout or provided before enrolment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment method agreed with us. Any applicable taxes or payment-plan details will be shown before you confirm the purchase.
Access and delivery
Digital access details are sent to the email address used at purchase. Please contact us if they do not arrive. Course access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared, copied, resold or publicly distributed.
Dates, attendance arrangements and any preparation for live programmes or individual services will be confirmed separately. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for having a suitable device and internet connection for online delivery.
Educational and experiential services
Demiplaner courses and programmes are educational and experiential. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Individual experiences vary, and we do not promise a particular personal, professional or therapeutic outcome.
Changes to delivery
We may make reasonable changes to schedules, faculty, platforms or supporting materials where needed. If a material change prevents us from delivering what you purchased, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include an alternative, credit or refund.
Intellectual property
Course recordings, practices, written materials, artwork and other content remain the intellectual property of Demiplaner or the relevant contributor. Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own learning.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
