The body
Sensation can carry important information—and memory, fear or conditioning.

An eight-week live experiential programme
What happens when we make consequential decisions using only a fraction of the information available to us?
When there is no obvious right answer
You may understand the situation perfectly and still feel unable to move. Your body says one thing, your mind another. Desire, fear, responsibility, intuition and practical reality may all seem to carry their own truth.
This work is for decisions that remain alive after you have made the lists, talked to friends, researched the options and tried to reason your way through them.
Embodied Decisions is a practice of staying with this complexity long enough for a more integrated direction to emerge.
Moving repeatedly between two possibilities
Unsure whether a strong feeling is intuition, fear, habit or protection
Sensing that something needs to change without yet knowing what
Making decisions that look sensible but do not feel inhabitable
Waiting for complete certainty before allowing yourself to move
Multiple forms of knowing
The problem is not always a lack of information. Sometimes several forms of knowing are present at once, and they have not yet learned how to speak to one another.
Sensation can carry important information—and memory, fear or conditioning.
Logic can reveal constraints and consequences—and rationalise what we already believe.
Image can open possibilities that do not yet exist—and amplify fantasy.
The work is not to find the one part of you that always knows the truth. It is to listen, differentiate, test and integrate multiple kinds of information.

This work may be for you if…
In your work, relationships, creative life or identity—and there is no objectively correct answer.
You tend to overthink important decisions.
You sense a great deal internally but are unsure how to interpret it.
You understand yourself well, yet understanding does not produce movement.
You want to include practical reality without abandoning inner experience.
The eight-week programme
A live, practice-based group programme combining somatic exploration, reflective inquiry, imaginal work and real-life decision practice. Each participant brings a question genuinely alive in their own life.

We explore:
From certainty to coherence
The goal is not to become someone who never doubts. It is to develop a different relationship with uncertainty.
But a direction can begin to feel coherent enough to inhabit.
Recognise what different internal signals are telling you
Remain present when different parts of you want different things
Discover options beyond an apparent either/or
Include practical reality without abandoning inner experience
Act without needing every ambiguity to disappear first
From related 1:1 work
“It gave me another way of meeting what was happening, rather than trying to solve it from my head.”
Embodied Decisions is a new group programme launching in 2027. This reflection comes from related individual work.
2027 live cohort
Or three instalments of AUD $340.
Eight weekly live online sessions, short guided recordings and embodied experiments between sessions. Bring one live decision—or a recurring way of becoming stuck—and learn a process that can continue beyond the programme.
Educational and experiential in nature. The programme does not provide therapy, financial or legal advice, and no particular decision outcome is promised.

The work can be used with meaningful personal, professional or creative decisions—particularly when analysis alone has not produced clarity.
Not necessarily. Sometimes the starting point is simply a sense of being at a threshold, pulled in different directions, or aware that something needs to change.
No. The purpose is not to outsource a decision to another person.
We explore the different forms of information involved—bodily responses, thought, emotion, imagination, fear, desire, obligation, practical constraints and uncertainty—so that more of what is shaping the decision becomes available to you.
The decision remains yours.
A particular answer is not guaranteed. Useful work may involve recognising the actual question, differentiating competing signals, discovering what information is still missing, or becoming more able to remain with uncertainty while choosing the next meaningful step.
