Content
Inspired by unicellular life forms such as amoebae, paramecia, and euglena, this series explores how life senses, exchanges, moves, maintains boundaries, and changes form at its simplest level. It invites participants to temporarily step outside complex human identities and encounter rest, transformation, and creativity through a more primordial and non-linear mode of sensing.
Format
4 experimental somatic workshops combining embodied awareness, cellular breathing, imagery, free movement, non-human movement research, and open-ended exploration.
Duration
- 4 × 2-hour sessions
Who It’s For
For people drawn to experimental somatics, imagery, movement research, and non-linear creative practice. Also suitable for those who feel saturated by identity, goals, or constant thinking and want to enter a simpler, more open sensory state.
