Content
This course explores how body, breath, resonance, emotion, and sound interact, and how habitual tension, control, and self-censorship can shape the way we use our voice. Rather than aiming for one ideal voice, the course expands the range of qualities that voice can carry—depth, strength, vulnerability, unfamiliarity, and change.
Format
7 recorded classes combining Feldenkrais-inspired movement, Linklater-inspired voice work, breath practice, Body-Mind Centering-inspired exploration, imagery, writing, and creative practice.
Duration
- 7 × 100-minute sessions
Who It’s For
For people who feel unfamiliar with their own voice, experience vocal restriction, or tend to over-control expression. Also suitable for singers, actors, teachers, practitioners, facilitators, and anyone interested in voice as a medium for creativity and expression.
